Non Eu mother with British citizen child living in EU

HI all
i am non eu citizen mother of 2 british citizen children and since the children born in 2018 we are living in Eu .so can anyone help me to understand as primary carer of british citizen children living outside UK since 2018 what applicant i can make in terms to get into the UK ? any help would be appreciated thanks.
