my wife is from EU country and i have 5 year irish residence card 4EUFAM
how can i got germany residence
is that posible or not

Depends if your wife is from the new accession E.U states or not...ie Poland,Latvia,Lithuania,Romania,Bulgaria etc.

It depends even more on if your wife is moving to Germany in order to exercise a treaty right there. If she's not, forget it.
