what exact physical Original Documents to submit for FLR(M) application

Hi All,

we're applying for a visa extension on 5yr spouse visa route. to fulfill earning requirements of 18k, I'm relying on my employment income.

in the application, it asks
'Are you a director or non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK?'

now I'm the director of two companies in the UK. I'm not relying on income from these companies but when we click yes it asks to provide

'Evidence as directed by Appendix FM-SE for a director or a non-executive director of a limited company based in the UK'

I was wondering what I'm supposed to put here. I don't want to complicate the case, my employment income with all proofs is from a multi-national company where I am NOT a director.

Select NO and write a cover letter that your partner is a director of a limited company and he does not wish to use this income towards the requirement. My friend was in exact situation and had no problem.

1 - combine all payslips in one PDF file.
2 - combine all payslips, bank statement, employer reference
3 - upload every payslip and bank statement separately.

would appreciate if you could share how you do it.

To prevent confusion for the CW, suggestion will be to scan similar documents together and well arranged in good order i.e.
1. Scan all payslips together
2. Scan all bank account statements
3. Scan all employment documents
Upload as appropriate

quick help is needed. I've just finished the online application for a spouse visa extension. a bit confused, about what original documents are to be handed over at biometrics.

is it the applicant's passport and biometric card only?

or the original marriage certificate, language test certificate, etc is to be sent as well to UKBA.

All required documents including evidence are uploaded online, there is no hard copy document to the sent to UKVI. Go with confirmation of appointment printout, passport and BRP when attending your biometrics appointment.
