Hi dears,

I have been in the UK for a year after ILR in 2020. I am going to apply for naturalization. My spouse qualifies for ILR now as she has been in the UK for 5.5 years. I understand that she has to wait for a year after ILR for naturalization. My kids have been in the UK for 5.5 years in Tier 2 General dependent visa. Can I include my kids along with my naturalization application? Or I should get mine done and then apply for my kids? Please let me know.

If they are born abroad, they must apply for ilr when your wife does first.
