Hi, just finishing the form and it’s just asking for the following information. It’s not asking for my payslips and bank statements which seems really weird. We’re going to provide them of course but it just asks for these at the end of the form. We went back to see if we made any mistakes, but we didn’t.

Is it ok if we just list the rest under extra information?
