Applying for ILR - Some help needed

Post by AK1702 » Wed Feb 02, 2022 11:19 am

Hi,

I am about to apply for an ILR to my wife who is on PBS dependent Visa. I have got British Citizen Via Tier 2 General and ILR. I have following questions.

1. What Application form do I need to use SET(O) or SET(M)? As mentioned earlier, my wife is on PBS dependent and I got the citizenship. It is little bit confusing which one to use.

2. For the English Language requirement, she is got Bachelors (BE) in India so I am going to apply for NARIC certificate to prove her English Language Requirement. My question is when I apply for the ILR do I need to submit the original degree certificate along with the NARIC certificate as Supporting Document? It is in India so have to post it if that's the case.

It would be really great if someone help me with my queries.

Thank you in advance.

Kind Regards,
AK
