ILR-HELP PLEASE

Post by ajay5021 » Thu Feb 03, 2022 11:05 am

Hi all

could someone please clarify for me, my wife 5 years spouse visa ends this month and will be applying for ILR. I am a british born citizen. when i fill in the form, will it be for my wife only or would i need to add my son who was born in 2019 in the uk. the fee for my wife only should be £2390.

also, do i only show a salary of £18600 or do i have to show an additional £3800 for my son?

please let me know thanks in advance

If you were a British Citizen when your son was born, he is British at birth I believe. So only your wife needs ILR, is what I think.

Your child is British at birth and should NOT be included as part of your wife's application :!:

So far as I know the options are:

1. You can do self upload I.e. you scan it by yourself and upload before appointment.
2. It is scanned and uploaded for you at the appointment as a paid service
