EU 3

Hi. Just need some information please for applying of EU3 and Irish Citizenship.
I m non eu citizen arrived in state with British citizen on 5/2/2017 and got 3 month stamp n passport.
Got 1st Temp extention on 14/6/2017 till 22/11/2017
Got 5 years EUFAM Stamp 4 on 16/11/2017 valid till 1/11/2022.
Went abroad to non eu country 12/3/ 2021
But stuck their due to covid nd could not get any flights but i have proof that no flight were operating nd then i returned back to Ireland on 11/8/2021 so was away for 4 months and 28 days.

1.My question is when i will be eligible to apply for my EU3 10 years PR Visa and
2. When i am eligible to apply for my Irish Citizenship.
I will be very thankful if some please let me know the dates for PR & Citizenship apply dates that when to apply please.

You have completed 5 years, so you can apply now. As regards citizenship, you cannot apply now, as you have been away for more than 6 weeks.

Best to wait till next year.
