Indefinite-Leave-to-Remain for dependant

Post by Its2019 » Mon Feb 07, 2022 7:59 pm

Hi Everyone,

I'm in the UK for 5 years as skilled worker (Tier-2) and received ILR recently.

My wife is currently on PBS skill-worker dependant visa from Oct 2017 and her leave-to-remain is valid until December 2022.

Now that I have ILR, can my wife stay on her current PBS leave-to-remain, which is valid until Dec 2022, and then apply for ILR on 5 years dependant of skilled-worker route?

Thanks in advance.

Ramin
