Right to work

Post by torte02 » Thu Feb 10, 2022 8:29 am

Hello all.

I have a FLR (FP) on a 10-year route and it will expire on March 11, 2022. It'll be my second extension. I'm currently working.

If I submit a fee waiver, will I be able to continue working until a decision is made by the HO?

My employer is asking me for a share code.

Thank you.

You’ll be allowed to continue working provided you submitted a fee waiver application whilst your visa is still valid, that’s before 11/03/22.
