Hi everyone,
I need to extend my and my daughter dependent visa for first time,our visa is goin to expire on 15Feb2022.I need some guidence for this, specially about cohabitation.
i just have, 3, 4 letters from NHS on my single name and Electricity bill on me and my husband's joint name for 2021,and bank statement on our joint names.i have Tesco club card letter on my single name, are these enough to prove our cohabitation.

one more question my husbands (SPONSER) passport has expired can we use that or we need a new one?

what documents we need for our daughter to support her application, can we use letters from school or mosque snd NHS on her name??

If you have used it before means HO has it already. Including it shouldn't be an hassle for you as you got it already.

i want to ask 1 more thing, that during my stay in uk for 2.5 years dince June 2019,my husband (sponser) lived abroad for 1year in 2020, can it be a issue to show cohabitation requirements.?

It should not be so far you have correspondence generated to cover the period and if not you present the best of what you got. Hope the being away was temporary though.

we aint got any personal corspondence except whatapp chat and calls. But we have got letters from Gp and other departments on his name for that period. Hope that will work.

My husband hired a solictor and he gave a list of things we need to provide as below, can you lot guide about this.
• Your wife’s current original passport
• Your wife’s BRP card
• Your passport
• Your original marriage certificate and English translation
• Your wife’s A2 English certificate
• Evidence to support your relationship with your wife from June 2019 to date including, correspondence, utility bills in your/joint names confirming your residence at the above address
• Family photographs taken since your wife’s last grant of leave in June 2019
• Tenancy agreement
• A letter from the landlord to confirm that the rent is being honored and up to date and that they have no objections for your wife to reside in the property
• Your child’s birth certificate
• A copy of your child’s passport
• A copy of the DWP letter confirming payment of careers allowance

In respect of your employment:

• A letter from your employer confirming:

(i) your employment and gross annual salary;
(ii) the length of your employment;
(iii) the period over which you have been or were paid the level of salary relied upon in the application; ( they can state the exact amount for each month from May to October 2019 – this must cover 6 months)
(iv) the type of employment (permanent, fixed-term contract or agency).

• Personal bank statements covering the last 6 months showing that your salary has been paid into your account

• Your last 6 months pay slips

• You’re P60(s) (if issued) and a signed contract of employment.

Make it clear that it is being used as proof of cohabitation.

Family photos and P60 are NOT required.

We just submitted application 14/12/202, one part (main applicant) asked if you wanted to submit P60's for the relevant periods and as held we offered.

The final application stated as documents list:
Optionally, I will also provide the following documents as additional evidence:
• A P60 for the relevant period(s) of employment relied upon
• A signed contract of employment

Further down there was Mandatory documents, then Other Documents:
• A signed contract of employment - for Mrs X for “Company Name and position”
• A P60 for the relevant period(s) of employment relied upon - for Mrs X for “Company Name and position”

Not sure what would be the case if not offer (by us)? Application does seems a lot clearer to use, dependant is included as one application document for extension and gives full list of documents / proofs required.

Wifes salary was used, we supplisd last three P60's, application only took 4 weeks.

I am really happy to write that my FLRm application is successful, thanks alot everyone for ur guidance on this board.
i have posted my timeline in FLRm timelinetopic, but want to just write that our biometric was on Friday 11march and documents also submitted on same day and today 15march decision made email received. visa granted untill Sep2024. Alhamdulliah.

Congs on getting the extension, can you please tell how many bills for gas & electricity you have provided, can you please list each of them

thanks dear, we provided different items, like letters from Gp, hospitals, Gas and electricity, Letters ans statements from bank and any other letter from any department during the last 2years.
we had only 2 things on joint names which we provided and rest we included the letters on own single names, (dependent and sponsor) altogether u need to show 12 item which covers 2 years.
