Evidence of the relationship - Urgent Help Needed

Hi Guys,

Need advice from you regarding the evidence of the relationship with my parents and brother.

I have submitted visit visa application for my parents and brother. In document checklist one section is for Evidence of the relationship, if any, between you and your sponsor As you know that on British passport parents name are not mentioned like Indian passport and I don't have OCI to prove that. although I have option to re-issue birth certificate from India but that will take time and my parents have appointment next week.

Previously they have travelled to UK in 2018 and on that time I was Indian citizen and mention my passport to prove the relation.

Please advice what other document can prove the relation or shall I write a letter?? just worried...
