ILR application for PBS Dependent-Wrong set submitted.

Hi,

My wife and kids are on PBS Dependent Tier2 General visa and after completing 5 years wrongly submitted set(M)instead of set(o) recently,
Now as they have not yet booked any appointments for biometrics we submitted a application cancellation request on www.gov.uk/cancel-visa which is not yet been answered its been more then 10 working days now.

The cancellation form says if you do not hear from us in 10 days send a 'progress request form'
Can anyone help me know where can I find it?
Also, Can anyone guide me how to proceed to get the funds back so, I can reapply with correct set.

Thanks for your quick response.
I will need that refund to reapply as the application is for 3 dependents and it is a big amount (£7224 )for me to be paid twice.
Is there any way to adjust that fee in this application or anything like this?
