ILR Expiry in 2 years

My ILR expires in 2024, how soon can i renew? if you can be kind to advise me is the process straight forward or does it require a in person visit.

Provided you reside in the UK, the ILR is indefinite.

Do you mean that your BRP is due to expire in 2024? If yes, and you are resident in the UK, apply for a replacement BRP.

Yes i am in the UK, and yes you are correct my BRP expires in 2024.

They are thinking to scrap the BRP card and move to digital status. You may not even need to renew it in 2024
