I guess this issue has come up before but i couldnt find a conclusive answer in the posts. I was under under work permit for 4 years till aug 2007 after which i converted to HSMP. I will complete my 5 year eligiblity for ILR (based on 4 years WP +1 year HSMP) on 4 Feb 2009. So i intend to file my application along with my dependent wife and children on Jan 5 2009 (4 yr 11 months) in person at Croydon PEO. Now my first question is can I apply for fast track service in person considering i have seen few posts here mentioning that HSMP holders cannot go trhough fast track service for ILR? Although i dont see this being mentioned anywhere in home office website. I know it is true in case of extensions but not ILR.....could someone please confirm this fact?
My second question is do i have to fill in SET(o) form and what documentation are needed to be be submitted. Would i need to produce all the documents required for a normal Tier I extension or just 6 months Bank statements, pay slips and letter from current employer would be sufficient?
It would be great if i could be given some proper guidance in these issues.
Many thanks to all in the forum
