Further submition on 7 child route

Hey everyone

I submitted 7 yr chil case as further submition

Waited for 8 months and got bio matrics for all family members

Done bio matrics on 4th of jan 20200

Its been more then month now no reply regarding BRP or cards

We were on asylum since 10 yr and my kids born in uk eldest son going to be 8 yr in march means nxt month its been 1 yr we

Put further submittion

My other son going to be 7 in apr 2022

Please advice what i have to do did i need to ask my local MP to write them
If i ask my solicitor he said stay calm

But as i know few asylum families most of them got ids in 2 weeks or 3 weeks please advice what to do thanks

Couldn’t you apply for ILR after being a refugee for at least 5 years?

I am not able to apply because my asylum case wasnt successfull

During this time my son who is born in uk approch to 7year so i submit further submition on 7yr route

I dnt have bank account so i dnt able to go for flr flp i think so my solicitor said go for further submition
