Well strictly speaking, you cannot. As you will be working from Ireland, if your stamp condition prohibits you from taking any job not authorised by your stamp, you just cannot do it.
However, in reality, it is going to be very difficult to enforce this, and the likes of vloggers aren’t really thoroughly clarified in the Irish legislations - are they even classified as a job in the Irish legislations - I don’t know.
