Child born in UK

Post by crown21 » Sun Mar 06, 2022 5:51 pm

Hi,

I am about to apply ILR for myself and my wife next month. My son who was born in UK 7 months ago doesn't have any visa. Do I need to provide any cover letter to home office to indicate I will apply for his citizenship after we get our ILR or is there no need for it?

Regards

Why have you registered a second username? Multiple usernames are strictly not permitted on the forum

I have requested to deactivate the account due to certain personal reasons.

You only requested this after being asked about a second username.

Bear in mind that posts and topics are not deleted if your account is deactivated

I understand that posts won’t be deleted but I still want to deactivate that account. Also, I don’t deny that I requested later. I didn’t know that another account wasn’t allowed. Otherwise I would have deactivated and crested a new one.

Yes you can and this will probably cut out the delay that may be occasioned by the ILR team pausing processing the application while the contact you to do welfare check for se child.

Does premium lounge booking provide document upload service at the centre?

Read on the VAC and it will state what each paid for added service is for.

Hi,

Regarding cohabitation documents, is there a specific requirement on how many documents to be provided.
Also do I need to cover for entire 5 years or only for the last 2 years.

Regards

6 if both named and 12 if individually addressed. To cover last 2 years only.
