I want to apply for my wife Tier 2 (5yr route) working in NHS. Can someone please advise a solicitor to put an application for ILR. Husband and kind both BC. Had mine done few yrs back, however that solicitor have shut down during covid pandemic.

If there is no undue complication you can get this done without solicitor. Start filling the application, if you require assistance outline her travel history and ask any questions you may have on this forum.

Like others said, unless you have a complicated case, application forms are designed so people can do it themselves. Most solicitors are just too expensive so defo have a go at doing first yourself and ask questions here.

Hi All
Please advise

Wife applying for ILR through Tier-2 Route (working as doctor NHS) has her own bank account.
Husband BC (Naturalisation , then BC few yrs back)
Kid born in UK and BC birth years back

Since we had opened joint account when we came to UK years back, she doesn not use this, as she has her own bank account and she is paying for her ILR fees etc.
We live in own house (Mortgaged).

Question is The con sent form for the ILR
Consent -1 to be signed by Applicant
Consent-2 By me as she has also attached our joint account statement.
Consent 3- NOT BE SIGNED BY EITHER OF US, as no financial sponsor.

Is that ok, please?

Also, since we have only flown out few times for 1-2 weeks vacation, Dublin, USA etc, do we need to submit e-tickets as per travel history.
I gather its ONLY for those applicants who travel for "BUSINESS" related. Is this correct.
