Change of Employer within short duration

I travelled to UK in Jan 2022, Skilled worker visa sponsored by my current employer.
I got a new opportunity now with another employer, who is ready to sponsor visa for me and my dependants.
Below are my queries:
1. Will there be any issues in getting new visa while changing employer within short duration?
2. Is there a possibility visa rejection?
3. what will happen to my current visa if my new visa is rejected?
