Waiting for IHS Payment Link

Hi All,

I am questioning on behalf of my friend.
She applied for her son application (Outside UK & Below 18). She submitted application from UK but did not paid for IHS Fees.Bio metric also submitted as well outside UK. It's been 3 weeks now but she did not receive email for IHS Pay Link.

Can any one let me know how long does it take to receive IHS Pay Link?

The request for the payment link comes when the CW starts attending to the application.
