Which ceremony venue in Yorkshire to choose?

Anyone applied recently know of a ceremony venue that is not very busy to book in Yorkshire?

I believe all UK council registry offices (venues) are busy with sometimes long wait times, so trying to choose a council that may not be busy is probably a lottery.
