MN1 - lost marriage certificate

Post by mbhm » Sun Mar 13, 2022 4:44 pm

I have applied for my son’s registration with MN1. He was born 2019. Me and my wife have got settled status in 2020 and in 2021 I became naturalised.

I added my details in his MN1 as I thought it could be more straightforward due to me being british already. Yet we just found that we may have lost our marriage certificate, probably when moving house, so I cannot provide this one. Is there any way out of this? Can I sent my wife’s settled status details instead so it is obvious that we both are settled and marriage is therefore irrelevant? Or amy otjer suggestions?
