Limited Company Income/Tax Return

Post by xray girl » Wed May 18, 2005 11:25 am

About to send off my HSMP Application, but a bit worried about prrof of earnings- have worked through a limited company (FPS) and have earned the required net income, but wondering about declarion for tax. Does anyone know if a P60 is enough to show that my income was declared, or do I have to submit a tax return seperatly??
Thanks in advance :)

As far as an HSMP application is concerned, the P60 should be fine.

It is a separate mater that the limited company will need to file a CT600 Corporation Tax return, and pay any CT liability. But of course, under company law, the company and yourself are separate legal persons.
