PBS VISA PRIORITY SERVICE: Delay

Hello,

I applied for priority visa to switch from tier2 ict to PBS. However I haven't received any update from the home office beyond 5 days.Can any one advise?

I'm in the same boat.

Applied priority 10 days ago. Outside UK, new entrant.

After 2 days I was asked to submit more documents which i did same day
Received "application not straightforward email" next day

That's about it. Nothing after that. Wonder how long it'll take.

For outside UK the phone number is working , however they are charging £0.68 per minute. See if they can help.

Read somewhere the delay is because of UK visa for Ukraine because of war.
So I'm thinking to give them sometime and escalate after 2-3 days.

Okay, However please note for my friend where he went for extension. He got the decision in 2 working days.
Tier 2 to PBS conversion visas are taking time I guess.

Hi mate,

I got a call from VFS saying collect passport on monday. No decision email/no passport collection email nothing. I heard they don't email these days and straightaway send brp cards or passports.

Hi pal, finally! Glad to share, I have got the visa today.

And I did not escalate the case. Its just a matter of few days in priority service.
