Spouse Visa Accountant letter for employment

Post by asif_bhorania » Thu Mar 17, 2022 1:10 am

What Letter is required from Accountant and which various documents relating to the company has to be provided ?
Applicant is in India and her Sponsor Husband is in UK ( British citizen)
If Applicant's Sponsor is employed with Family Business (limited company) which falls into being a "Specified type of limited company"
where Sponsor's ( employee's ) dad is Director of the limited company.

Sponsor is employed in limited company (family business) from last 24 months .
Sponsor is receiving his salary ( payslips ) + Pension accordingly.

Will he still need to provide Accountant Letter ? What letter and what documents relating to the company ?

Im still learning about the process etc so still a novice, but if the sponsor is employed by a company then Im not sure if they have anything to do with it being a limited company etc. they are an employee so they provide their payslips as proof of income

If it is a family business, there are very specific documents that have to be submitted. The OP would not be just an employee and will not require just the minimum financial evidence.

Determine Category for Financial Requirement of Spouse Visa

Post by asif_bhorania » Mon Apr 04, 2022 5:23 am

Hi
The Sponsor(partner) of applicant was employed with specified limited company (Father's Business) until 30/09/2021 with variable annual gross salary of £6500/-
From 01/10/2021 till date 03/04/2022 sponsor is employed with non specified company for more than 6 months with monthly fixed salary of £1,600/- making his annual gross salary of £19,200/-
Does the Sponsor is determined with Category A to meet the Financial Requirement ? if the Spouse Visa application date (Home office payment date) falls on 16/04/2022.

OR
The Sponsor is determined with Category F/G with his employment in last 12 months of date of application combined with specified employment and non-specified employment ?

Thanks
