Traveling outside UK -after submit application

Hi

Currently, I am on dependent visa and I am in the process of changing to skilled worker visa. After submitting my application to UKVI and awaiting the decision, can I travel outside UK?

Please could you help.

You should not leave the common travel area until receiving new BRP, otherwise the application may be withdrawn automatically.
