Fedex said different EC form for HSMP???

Fedex said different EC form for HSMP???

I am from Pakistan and Fedex Islamabad said that there is a different form for EC related to HSMP which is not available on any website.

Anybody knows what's the difference???????

Please help, I want to apply this week............

VAF1 is the correct form for HSMP EC
Where there is a will there is a way.
