No they are not on this forum, but I will update you if they get any news....Tasneempitha wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 6:50 amAre these applicants on the forum? Give their updates as well because if they don't get decisions then how can we when we have applied later than them!
No reply yet from our mp. I'm going to email them now the mps office. It's been a week since i received that email regarding the delay. I've been told by some family members who received the same email when they were doing their applications that most times within 2 weeks of receiving that email you get an answer.Tasneempitha wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 5:16 amAnyone got an update from their MP?
J666my.... Did your MP reach out to you?
So after receiving the that delay email....We have to wait another 2 weeks? But i dont know.... I really can't trust UKVI now! They have been just playing around. According to haider81 12 and 13 December applicants are still waiting. Let's see what happens in the next week!j666my wrote: ↑Sat Mar 19, 2022 9:58 amNo reply yet from our mp. Also We did our biometrics on the 15th December.
But i don't feel very optimistic about it...
Hi, didn't realise they tell u via email that ur application is successful.dellledd911 wrote: ↑Mon Mar 21, 2022 6:04 pmHello everyone,
Hope you are all well.
Two things:
I finally received the "Thank you for your online application which has been received at the UK Decision Making Centre. Your application is currently being prepared for consideration by an Entry Clearance Officer." Email today.
Apart from that, I got this most recent timeline for a spouse visa from a member on another platform. I'm copy pasting what he messaged me below:
"I applied for spouse visa on 08th February with my son from India (Non-priority), we got biometric date on 22 feb, 22 february evening we got mail tht your documents uploaded successfully. On 17th march got an email from home office stating that your application is successful "
Hope this msg gives everyone a relief

It is hard to believe but if you are saying so then it would be true. I think this is only possible if you are applying through a solicitor. It is a strange thing tbh.Haider81 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:15 amI talk with one Applicant who applied on 24 January 2022 from Pakistan non priority spouse visa and he got his visa today, how its possible, and I know one Applicant who applied in Feb got visa non priority spouse
are they choosing random cases?
One Applicant who applied 12 December contact home office today but still awaiting decision......
This problem is only with December applicants don't know what's happening with us......

If that's true, that is extraordinary. And makes you wonder if the Home Office is applying any modicum of due process. My 60WD ends next Friday, fingers crossed they haven't tossed my application either.Haider81 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 24, 2022 10:15 amI talk with one Applicant who applied on 24 January 2022 from Pakistan non priority spouse visa and he got his visa today, how its possible, and I know one Applicant who applied in Feb got visa non priority spouse
