Spouse Visa Regarding Employement

Hi Gurus,
I hope you are well. My question is related to the employment history for a spouse visa.
I was working as a contractor/contingency working from Dec2019 till Mar 2021 thereafter become a temporary staff from April 2021 until Nov 2021 then there was a break in service for 2 weeks as a company policy to offer a permanent staff position. After 2 weeks joined again as permanent staff at the end of Nov 2021.

Please note. I am submitting all 1-year payslips, 6 months' bank statements along with the employer letter as stated above.

My question is there any problem with the break-in service for 2 weeks in November 2021 not fulfilling the requirement of 6 months continuation of employment.?

As long as you meet the threshold over a year and provide evidence you are fine.

What counts as income
You and your partner can use:
cash savings above £16,000 (This cash should be in the Saving account or in the current account is fine.?)

Yes that's correct, I was employed full time for 4 months before I went for mine but had a years worth of payslips from agency work for the rest of the year to meet the threshold. The only difference being if you are employed for at least 6 months then you only have to send in 6 months worth of payslips rather than a year's worth

2. Tuberculosis Test: You’ll be given a chest x-ray to test for TB. If the result of the x-ray is not clear you may also be asked to give a sputum sample (phlegm coughed up from your lungs. ( This is should be done from an approved clinic as I am from India, can you pls confirm this is a correct link for approved test clinics in India:https://www.gov.uk/government/publicati ... s-in-india)
3. List of documents
• Financial evidence: Sponsor Bank statement (12 Months)
• Proof of relationship: Marriage certificate, Wedding Card, and Wedding photos.
• Sponsor Evidence: passport, Declaration, property ownership registration paper, Mortgage statement, and Council Tax Bill.
• Sponsor Employment Evidence: Sponsor letter from the employer and Sponsor payslips (12 Months).
• Applicant Education Evidence: Provision Degree Certificate, UK Naric/Ecctis certificate to prove the English requirement for this visa.
• Applicant Tuberculosis (TB) Certificate
• Applicant Passport
