Maximum gap allowed between jobs for Stamp 4 eligibility

Does anyone know whats the maximum gap allowed between 2 jobs on Stamp 1, to be eligible for Stamp 4?

Example - 1st job between 2017 to 2019 on Stamp 1
2019 -2020 not in Ireland
2021 back in Ireland on Stamp 1
Will I be eligible for Stamp 4?

You have to be stamp1 holder 5 years consecutively to get stamp 4. So you need to be employed in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021 to get stamp 4 in 2022.

If it's CSEP, they can apply for stamp 4 after 2 years, so not quite.
If you were a CSEP holder, you can try asking DETE if that counts, it won't hurt.
