Hi, I am asking for my friend. She applied for ILR and had her biometric on 9th March . Suddenly, her husband died yesterday. Does she need to do something with her visa application?

She is on 5 years route of spouse visa, entered the country in feb 2016.

Vary to Indefinite leave to remain if your partner dies under Bereaved partner rules.
