Spouse visa: extension

Hi,
My husband is working in a company and they have recently changed their company name due to a business merge; say for example from A company name to B.

He received pay slip in B company name and in bank statement salary description shows A company name .

Will this be a problem for our spouse visa extension as bank statement and payslip company name is not same?
How can we solve this?

Can you confirm if TUPE take over. If yes this should not pose a problem.

The company's information is the same, it didn't change its VAT number or company reg number. The company just changed its name because it is now merged with another company. There were not new contract done when the change happened and all the employees are paid as per previous company contract.

The problem is, pay slip is in new company name and salary description in bank statement in old company name.

Will this be a problem ?

It should not be a problem. HR or the person issuing the employer letter should address this in the letter.

Could this be a problem for our spouse visa extension, as the bank pay date is not same as payslip date?
