IHS refund

Hi,

I am on the first round of my FLR(M). When I applied for it 2 years back, I was working in a non-NHS job while my wife was employed by NHS. I work for NHS now for a year. Am I eligible for a refund on the IHS fees?

Second, when I apply for extension in a few months, am I exempt from IHS fees?
