There is NO such a requirement for these documents for citizenship. It is only required for spouse visa extensions and ilr.

thanks Cr001
I read the requirement for naturalization for spouse route. application has to prove last 3 year physical presence in the UK and that has to be proved through letters and bills etc... is that true??

Hi
I have read somewhere that the bank statements, wageslips and employer's letter should all be issued with 28 days of submitting only SET M application.. please could someone instruct on this one... if it's 28 days then I will be fine... if it's 14 days then it's a bit of problem...

There is a question on SET M form for ILR asking 'how long have you lived in the U.K'?
My wife has spent 4 years and 11 months and we are going to submit ILR application by following the rule of submitting application within 28 days before completing 5 year on spouse route. Shall I put 5 years as answer to the above question or 4 years and 11 months??.... secondly if I put 4 year 11 months, the ccase worker might think, my wife hasn't completed 5 years yet and he/she might refuse her... if I put 5 years, it will be false information submitted...
what should I do, please hlep...

The caseworker does not rely on your answers to evaluate her eligibility. They will follow the rules. Your answers do not affect the eligibility at all

Thanks Zimba,
I will obviously put 4 years and 11 months then..
she arrived in the UK on 20th April 2017 and on 20th April 2022 will be 5 year exactly. I am putting her application in two days... so it will be 4 years 11 months.. hope it will be acceptable...
