Visit to Ireland

Hi Everyone
I was trying to do the short stay C visa for my wife and had a few issues with the website Avats ,
So I couldn't go back on the application also I couldn't answer the contact question of who is your
contact in Ireland because I didn't want to book anything until we were given some dates for when my wife
could come to Ireland .

Another issue I can't retrieve the application with the transaction number given .

Anyone else had any issues with INIS on the Avats website .

Just fill new one from scratch and use the details (tracking number) of that form for your visa application?

If I did another one then it would create another number again .
wouldn't it ?

Yes and you can use that number for the visa application. As far as I know you can't edit your application when you complete the form but you are free to fill more than one form.

Okay got it thanks , I still not sure what to do on this page and questions :
Contact details for Contact / Host in Ireland. nothing booked up as we need dates first before booking anything .

The same form asks for your travel dates to Ireland, so I assume you have some planned travel dates already, just book a hotel with cancellation option and you can change the details. You can see what is the estimated wait time for visa issue for the embassy you will apply to visa for.
