while filling online application asking for job start date of the post or job ? , i have employee who have started job in jan 2021 as a part time , then later in April 2021 he started full time and i'm claiming his job from April 2021.
Q1: what should i put the start date Jan 2021 or April2021 as i'm counting it from April 21 for job creation purpose ?
Not applicable. This was for jobs created before RTI started - no longer relevant
HO needed original bank statements earlier. Self printed bank statements needed to be stamped by the Bank. I don't see that as a requirement any longer but if you have an original statement that would be better.Legend1 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 29, 2022 4:03 pm

You need this only if you have taken over an existing business. Not relevant for new businesses.

Q: if the investment is declared by way of share capital now , do i still need to provide " Director Loan
Agreement " ? or its not mandatory now because of Share capital method ?

Additionally please provide the following for the employees you have previously supplied evidence for:
Passport or BRP card showing right to work
Contract of employment "
i have few employees worked and working for my business during last 3 years i need to check which of
these can qualify for 2 full time jobs to meet the Immigration rules requirment for Tier 1 (ENT) extension.
and possibly from where i can count (claim) these jobs. what are the most suitable options.
