MN1 application query

Post by alien279 » Wed Apr 06, 2022 8:52 pm

Hi dear moderators,

I got ILR (10 year LR) recently and now I want to apply for my daughter's (19months old) MN1 registration. There is a question like below

EEA parent permanent residence
Are you relying on your parent's permanent residence (either as an EEA National or the family member of an EEA National) as evidence of their settled status in the United Kingdom?

What should I answer to this question? yes or no.

Any advice for MN1 application.

It's no as you didn't get settled status through the EEA route.

Thank you CR001 for your reply.

I have another question. On declaration section, it mentioned

1. I am the applicant

2. I am the representative of the applicant and have been authorised to act on their behalf and have discussed and confirmed the contents of this application with them

As my daughter is 19 months old, I filled up the form, so which option should I choose.

2. I am imagining how the discussion went.
