ILR eligibility for Tier 2 ICT visa before April 2010

Hi Experts,
Looking for your advise on my eligibility for ILR.

I have Tier 2 ICT visa got before April 2010 and since then I am extending the same visa till now with the same employer and role. I got the opportunity to stay continuously in UK only from May 2017 and will be completing 5 years in May 2022. Please advise whether I'm eligible to apply for ILR? Thanks

Path to ILR for people under Tier 2 ICT does not currently exist
