Child born outside the uk and other questions

I have a couple of questions please. I am just planning ahead.

I am on a Tier 2 visa and due to apply for ILR under 5 year route by July 2023.

I have 3 kids.

First son was born in UK in 2017 when I was a dependant on my spouse T1 visa. Our application for ILR in 2017 got rejected and I travelled back to my home country with son. I returned 4 months later with a T2 skilled worker permit, and son returned 7 months in November 2018 to UK with his dependant on T2 visa. When I apply for ILR in July 2023, will son be eligible for naturalization?

I had twins in 2020 born in canada. I applied in 2020 for their dependant visa on my T2 skilled visa and we all returned to UK. When I get my ILR in July 2023, can they also apply for ILR at the same time as me?
