Skilled work visa - Priority visa delay

I have submitted a skilled worker visa application using UK Immigration: ID Check apps on 20/Mar thru the priority visa route. I am waiting for the Home office decision email & BRP. how long does it take for a priority visa to receive?

As per gov.uk website, the priority visa decision will be taken within 5 days.

Do we need to submit payslips and bankstatement for skilled work visa ?
