I did an evetting in March and I got a letter, yesterday requesting for another Tax clearance cert - even though I submitted it when I applied. Has anyone else been asked to provide this?

After paying 950, I received a confirmation email on the payment and reference number - Does this mean that my payment has been processed?

I see on timelines that people put the fee paid date and fee processed date.

Are we expected to get a second email? Or the ref I received is a confirmation payment processed? Thanks.

I got 2 email first when I submitted the fees .. and the 2nd after 2 days when they processed the fees ...

Does this mean that there will be a delay in getting the cert?

Anyone receives 1 email but still get the cert within 3 weeks?

Every case is different.. I got 2 emails and it has been almost 6 weeks since i submitted fees and sent docs still .I am waiting for cert even it says application status " completed " .. so I guess they treat every application differently..

Turns out they wanted a p45, but those stopped being issued as of 2019 and Revenue deletes any files after 5(or was it 7) years. Had to give them proof from the Revenue that they can't produce the document they want. All was grand and I'm now a citizen. Applied Feb 2020, approved Feb 2022

I got two emails, one to say the payment had been received and then a second one a week later to say that it had been processed.

Should I be concerned I only received 1 email with the ref? It's been 2 weeks now still nothing.
I emailed them twice no reply. Call them no answer.

The letter says Tax clearance access number or tax clearance cert. I sent both by email and it has been acknowledged. I hope I get approved soon.

Did they ask for you to submit it by e-mail? I was told to submit it by post and to include my ref # and for the attention of the person processing my case.

They didn't specify but I included my Ref number in the email and the documents were acknowledged.

Can I ask, how many days they give you to sign the form?

They gave me 4 weeks from the date of the letter to complete and return the form, failure to do that, I will be required to attend the ceremony in-person. The date on my approval letter is 31st March, but received it today.

Received email on payment processed completed today 19/04/2022 - Almost 3 weeks later. I hope no delay in getting the cert. Online dashboard shown completed finally.
