I got an update from my MP. He showed me the reply from UKVI which was pretty much the same reply I received from UKVI.

MP’s talk a big game but they can’t do anything.

Let's see what our MP says! I hope we hear something positive soon.

Any update guys, how much time currently UKVI taking for spouse visa application from Pakistan? Previously it was 3 months to 3.5 months.

Hello everyone,

I've applied for Spouse Visa ( Standard) From Dubai on 12/12/2021. I received an acknowledgement email on 3/02/2022. I completed my 60 Working days on 10th March. On 11th March I received an email from UKVI stating :

"Unfortunately, we will be unable to decide your application within our customer service targets. We are continuing to work on your application and aim to make a decision as soon as possible."

I've been waiting ever since then. I did 2 paid enquiries, I got the same automated reply. Still awaiting decision. It's my 84th working day ( completed 4months today) I don't know what else to do I'm so stressed

Well, all you can do is wait. UKVI is a joke and there is no point sending them paid enquiries as they cannot have the access to our applications.

It's almost over 18 weeks for me. Paid enquiries are just useless. As far as I know, all the applicants who applied after 10 December are still waiting.

One of the guy who applied on 7th December got his passport on 17th March. We both applied from Dubai. Others who applied from Dubai after 10th are still waiting. It's really frustrating. The situation has affected everyone's mental health badly. The least UKVI can do is give us a time-frame. I've read 24 Weeks is Max ( 6 months) but I know applicants who've completed 6 months and are still waiting for a decision to be made. Which is stressing me more. May Allah help us all

Yeah. I've submitted my spouse application on the 14th December 2021
Bio on 27th December 2021
But still waiting 78WD. I called UKV this morning, they didn't say much. They were very polite and ask me to keep waiting. No time frame or suggestion. They cannot escalate any cases at the moment but said they maybe able to escalate next week.

Easter holidays are coming up Fri - Mon Off this week.
Hopefully they make a positive decision on our applications InshaaAllah. All we can do is now wait

We are about to do application today or tomorrow online from Uk , I know it is a very stressful time waiting for everyone , I will go through that stress too days of no sleeping and I’ll heath , knowing you have provided all documents and a hefty fee , we should be pioritised .one question I would like to ask is what is a paid email , as I may also want to use it

Hi no not yet, and i don't think mps are going to make any difference. Keep praying all our spouse visas comee through

I don't think so. It is unlikely that things will go in our favour this month. All the MPs are gone quiet and the UKVI will only pay attention to the Ukrainian refugees.

My wife apply for spouse visa in 10 dec 2021 & i done biometric on 29 dec aftr this i get message on 31 dec application forwards to UK VISAS & IMMIGRATION. my wife send two or three time emails & thy give same response your application is being considered & is currently waiting for a decision.i'm worried thy are taking so long any guess how much time required for decision making

Ys i know sister but thy are taking so long in these days.its tooo hard but why only for december applications my neighbour who apply for work visa & he give biometric in 22 feb & he got visa on 7 april so whats the reason why thy are not giving response to spouse visas.IN SHA ALLAH ameen sum ameeen
