Migrant Change of Circumstances?

Post by hawkeyejones » Wed Apr 13, 2022 4:06 pm

Hiya!

I've recently been granted ILR.

I've searched through the forums but can't find any 'recent' information about the Migrant Change of Circumstances form.

It was not mentioned in any of the approval paperwork I was emailed or in the guidance:
https://www.gov.uk/guidance/indefinite- ... -in-the-uk

Does this mean if I move address I need to fill out the form? Or get divorced? How would they expect people to know about the form if it is never mentioned in the guidance or approval?

Thanks in advance!

Once you have ilr there is no requirement to update UKVI of any change in circumstances.
