Defined CoS - Change of Candidate Name

Hello,
I had applied for a Defined CoS allocation about 3 months ago and it was granted last week. In the application of allocation, I had stated the details of the employee (his name, passport number etc). Now, I am assigning the DCos to the candidate, but he does not seems interested in coming over to UK.

My question is: Can a candidate name be changed when I assign the DCoS ? If so, how?

No, you need a new define cos for someone else

Thanks CR001. That leads to the following two questions:
1) Can I apply for a new DCos using the Apply for Defined CoS based on previous application?
2) Which has lesser processing time: applying for a fresh new DCoS or applying for DCoS based on the previous application?

Anybody who has gone though the process input is highly appreciated.

Hello. if you could help me with a question , my CoS is granted and the employer sent the details that were asked . So now we are waiting for the cos to be assigned so I can process with the visa application? Do you know how much time it may take from granted to be ready to go?
