Naturalisation- Employed & Self-employed

Hi All,

I am in the process of applying for naturalisation - I have couple of questions and would appreciate if you could clarify:

1. I am both employed and sole trader self employed. On the online application form, I can tick both employed & self employed option, but there is no space to add self employment details - if you could tell where should I add this info ??

2. I have a FPN for throwing litter and I have mentioned it on the application. However, I have 4 defaults (no ccj) on my credit file - should I need to mention these defaults ?

If you could clarify above, it would be really helpful.
