Waiting time for naturalisation certificate..

Hi guys is there anyone else waiting for certificate for two months after sending all the documents even it says application status completed still no joy ..is it normal ? I dont know what to do .. I sent them 2 emails and same copy paste reply ..any idea guys what I suppose to do..
