Hi All,
I am now a British Citizen and currently applying for ILR for my wife. I settled under 5 year continuous residence in Tier 2 general in 2017 and became a naturalised citizen in 2019. My wife has been extending her visa in Tier 2 dependant category and she completed continuous 5 year residence in November 2021.
Am I correct to fill out form SET O for her?
Her current Tier 2 dependant visa expires in Feb 2024 and curious what happens to her existing leave if this early application for the ILR get's rejected?
Is the below list of documents complete/sufficient or have I missed something?
