Passport is enough for Age Proof?

Hi Friends
i am going to apply Tier1 general with in two three days(All the documnets got ready with fund maintenence).as i do not have birth certificate i planned to take driving Licence for age prrof.
Due to work i am not able to go driving class regularly.i got failed in test drive.So i should wait for another two weeks to get a licence.Shall i go ahead with passport as a age proof document.Kindly suggest me what can be done now.

Passport as a valid document for Age assesment.

Its clearly mention in Tier1 Guideline.

You have to go through that once....
