I got two referees, both are British citizens and over the age of 25, 1st is a legal consultant and the 2nd is an admin support in an educational institution. Would both of my referees be acceptable by the home office?
Many thanks in advance
Yes, my 1st referee is a qualified solicitor and my 2nd referee is an admin support in a secondary school.alterhase58 wrote: ↑Mon Apr 25, 2022 7:23 amLegal consultant - what is their profession (not the job title) - are they a solicitor or a para-legal?
NB. Issues with referees is not a ground for refusal.

Correct - you retain all documents. So all documents will be uploaded to the app and no hard copies or passport required to be sent by post?
